As we have reported, a man named Rudy Eugene was shot to death by the authorities when he found chewing the meat of a homeless man Ronald MacArthur Causeway Poppo on this past weekend, and The Miami Herald, which is located close to, catch the whole 18 minutes on surveillance cameras attached to the building!

We sincerely hope that the explanation of what drives people to commit inhuman, violent actions like these will soon be revealed, but unfortunately, whether it be drugs, mental illness, or something far more terrible, we doubt whether there will be any comfort was knowing.
